How Does Invisalign® Work?
Utilizing a digital scanner to take 3D images of your teeth, accurate custom-made aligners are fabricated. Each set is typically worn for 1-2 weeks before graduating onto the next. With each new set of aligners, you may feel a little extra pressure for the first few days as the process of moving your teeth progresses. It is recommended that you wear your Invisalign aligners 20 to 22 hours a day and only take them out to eat, brush and floss. As you wear each set of aligners, your teeth will gently and gradually shift into place until your treatment is complete!
